What does it cost to list?
Nothing. There's no listing fee and no subscription. Sadid earns from a service fee added on top of your rate and paid by the customer, so your published price is what you receive.
How and when do I get paid?
Customers pay in the app through SkipCash, a payment provider licensed by the Qatar Central Bank. Your bookings and the amounts owed to you are tracked in the payouts section of your dashboard.
Can I keep taking bookings my current way?
Yes. Sadid manages the availability you choose to publish. Anything you keep back for walk-ins, regulars or your own channels stays yours to run however you like.
What happens if a customer cancels?
You set your own cancellation window and refund terms, and they're shown to the customer before they pay.
Do I need the app to manage bookings?
No. Venues are run from a web dashboard on any browser. The mobile apps are for players.
