What's included

Everything from registration to the final, in one place.

Registration

Teams sign up from the app. Approve entries yourself or let them fill automatically up to your cap.

Fixtures

Generate group stages and knockouts, then publish the schedule straight to every registered player.

Rosters & free agents

Captains manage their squad in the app, and players without a team can put themselves forward as free agents.

Entry fees

Collect entry fees at registration and track exactly who has paid, with no cash to chase on match day.

Formats

Three ways to run it. The fixtures and tables build themselves.

League

Everyone plays everyone. Points, goal difference and the table update the moment a result goes in.

Knockout

Straight bracket, seeded or drawn. Winners advance automatically; the final is built when the semis are done.

Groups + knockout

Round-robin groups, then the top teams seed a bracket. The World Cup format, for eight teams or eighty.

Registration & entry fees

Teams register and pay before you lift a finger.

Set the format, the team cap and the entry fee. Captains enter from the app, pay through SkipCash, and appear on your dashboard with their status — filling, in progress, completed.

  • Approve entries or let them fill to your cap
  • Every fee collected in-app, tracked per team
  • Live counts of teams registered against places

Results & standings

Enter the score. The table, the bracket and the players' apps update.

Every result feeds the standings and the next round. Players see fixtures, tables and their own stats in the app, so nobody messages you to ask who they play next.

  • Standings and brackets derived from results, not typed in
  • Fixtures published to every registered player
  • A history of every competition you've run, with revenue

For the players

Squads, fixtures and free agents live in the app.

Captains manage their roster from their phone. Players without a team put themselves forward as free agents, and you place them where a squad is short.

  • Captains add and remove players themselves
  • A free-agent pool you can draw from
  • Fixtures, results and the table in every player's pocket

Organiser questions

Who can run a tournament on Sadid?

Organiser access is invite-only while we onboard the first competitions. Tell us about yours and we'll set up your account.

Which formats are supported?

Leagues, straight knockouts, and group stages followed by a knockout. Fixtures are generated for you and standings are derived from the results you enter.

How are entry fees collected?

Teams pay in the app at registration through SkipCash, a payment provider licensed by the Qatar Central Bank. Your dashboard shows exactly who has paid.

What if a player doesn't have a team?

They can register as a free agent. You'll see the free-agent pool for your tournament and can place players into squads that are short.

Do players need the app?

Yes — that's where they register, pay, manage rosters and see fixtures and results. You run the tournament from a web dashboard on any browser.
